A single operational system managing academic, administrative, and reporting workflows across more than 2,000 Kidzee centres, from kindergarten through high school.
The challenge
Kidzee operated one of India's largest franchise-based early-childhood education networks. With more than 2,000 centres distributed across the country, the business had no unified ERP connecting academic tracking, fee management, attendance, curriculum delivery, and centre-level reporting under one system. Centre operators managed local data in disconnected tools, and the head office lacked the visibility to diagnose performance variance across the network at scale.

How we approached it
Appetals built Kidzee's academic platform as a full-span ERP covering kindergarten through high school operations. The system consolidated academic records, attendance, fee collection, curriculum tracking, and franchise centre reporting into one platform accessible to centre staff, franchise operators, and the Kidzee head office. The architecture was designed to work across a distributed franchise model where each centre operated independently but needed to report into a single network-level view.
Technical scope: Multi-tenant ERP architecture, academic record management (K-12), attendance and curriculum tracking, fee and billing workflow, franchise centre dashboard, head-office reporting and network analytics, role-based access for centre staff and franchise administrators.
